What Ui collects, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.

Ui is an identity product, so the honest version of this page matters more than the short one. Two different things collect information: this website, which collects almost nothing, and the app, which collects the things you tell it on purpose.

This website

If you just talk to Ui here

Nothing about you is stored. The conversation on this page is sent to an AI provider so Ui can answer, and it is not written to any database of ours, not attached to you, and not kept after the page is closed. Ui on this website has no memory between visits and will tell you so if you ask it.

This website cannot start an identity. It has no way to walk your name, build a shape, or connect you to anything — not as a policy, but because the ability is not present in it.

If you ask to be told when the app is out

Then Ui takes two things: a name to call you, and an email address. That is the whole of it. They are stored in our database so we can email you once, when the app is available.

What the waitlist row contains

There is no fifth field. No birth details, no location, no shape, no conversation, and nothing derived from any of those — the website could not collect them if it tried.

Nobody can read that list through the website or the app. There is no feature anywhere in the product that lists who signed up; it is readable only directly by the operator. Retention: until the app-availability notice is sent or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After the release notice is sent, the waitlist is deleted.

The app

The app is where an identity is actually made, and it is made out of things you say to it.

What you give it

Where it goes

What we never do

Having it deleted

Email matt@intelligentidentity.ai and say what you want removed.

Deleting is deleting. We do not keep a shadow copy, and we would rather lose the record than hold something you asked us to destroy.

Children

Ui is not for children. Nothing in the product is designed for them and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If you believe a child has given us something, email the address above and it will be deleted.

Changes

If this changes in a way that affects what is collected or where it goes, the date below changes and the previous version is kept.
